English is an internationally known
Executive Chef and Restaurateur. He is the chef and owner of Olives in
Charlestown, Massachusetts, which opened in May of 1989 and has drawn
international applause for English's interpretive rustic Mediterranean
cuisine. In recent years, Todd has opened other Olives locations across
the country, including Las Vegas, New York, Aspen and Washington, D.C.
English also has four Figs restaurants in greater Boston and two at LaGuardia
Airport, Tuscany at Mohegan Sun, KingFish Hall in Boston's Faneuil Hall,
and his latest concept, Bonfire, a steakhouse. English and his restaurants
have received numerous accolades. In 2001, Todd was awarded Bon Appetit's
"Restaurateur of the Year" Award and was also named one of People
Magazine's "50 Most Beautiful People." He is the author of several
critically acclaimed cookbooks, and his television credits include "Iron
Chef USA", "Martha Stewart Living", "CBS This Morning",
"Live with Regis and Kelly", "The Today Show", and
public television's "America's Rising Star Chefs". |
