Tewksbury is a former Major League Baseball All-Star pitcher
who now works in the Boston Red Sox organization as a Sport Psychology
Coach for their minor league affiliates. He received a Masters Degree
in Sports Psychology and Counseling from Boston University in 2004. He
has also served as a studio analyst during NESN”s coverage of Red
Sox baseball. The Concord, New Hampshire native spent 13 years in the
Major Leagues with six teams (Yankees, Cubs, Cardinals, Rangers, Padres,
and Twins) and compiled 110 victories. His best season came in 1992 with
the St. Louis Cardinals when he finished third in the National League
Cy Young Award balloting with a record of 16-5, was second in the league
with a 2.16 ERA, and was selected to the NL All-Star team.return to celebrity listing |
